Return, delivery & refund policy

1. Overview

Sadeed Consulting LLC provides professional advisory and consulting services rather than physical products. As such, this policy sets out our approach to service delivery timelines, engagement cancellations, and refunds in place of a traditional product return policy.

2. Service delivery

Consulting services are delivered according to the timeline, milestones, and deliverables agreed in the signed engagement letter or proposal for each client. Delivery timelines vary by the scope and complexity of the assignment and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Any changes to timelines are communicated to the client as early as reasonably possible.

3. Engagement cancellation

Clients may request to cancel or postpone a consulting engagement by notifying their Sadeed Consulting partner in writing. The specific notice period and any cancellation terms are set out in the relevant engagement letter, since these depend on the nature and scale of the assignment.

4. Refund eligibility

Where a client has made an advance payment for services that have not yet been delivered, a refund of the unearned portion of that payment may be requested. Refunds are assessed based on:

• The proportion of work already completed or in progress
• Any third-party or out-of-pocket costs already incurred on the client's behalf
• The specific cancellation terms agreed in the engagement letter

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within a reasonable period, typically within 14 business days of approval.

5. Non-refundable items

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

• Fees for work already completed and delivered
• Time spent by partners or staff on the engagement prior to cancellation
• Third-party costs already committed or paid on the client's behalf

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, contact your Sadeed Consulting partner directly, or email info@sadeed.om with your engagement details. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by escalating to the Managing Partner. Unresolved disputes are handled in accordance with the governing law clause of the relevant engagement letter and, where applicable, the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
